We are excited to partner with a Nashville non-profit in finding their next Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors on all aspects of the agency.
Key responsibilities include:Strategy and Board DevelopmentAll Operations and people managementCollaborate and advocateServe as the public voice and face of the organizationExperience with programming management.
Qualifications needed:Bachelor's degree is requiredAt least 10 years of experience in the non-profit industry with at least 4 of those years holding management positionsExceptional written and verbal skillsMust be comfortable with advocacy work.
