As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with clients to engage in technical discussions related to the status of enhancements to the Federal electronic health record. You'll work closely with IT government leadership to determine goals, objectives and priorities and task the contractor team to execute related activities. You'll also develop analyses of potential course of action ahead, laying out viable alternatives along with technical recommendations. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have

15+ years of experience in IT workExperience leading diverse IT projectsExperience developing analyses of potential course of action ahead, laying out viable alternatives along with technical recommendationsExperience supporting projects in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practicesAbility to identify and mitigate risks and issues and identify opportunities Ability to manage cost, schedule and performanceAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
