Staffing and Talent Acquisition Liaison

Key Role

Use your strong communication skills and expertise in recruiting and staffing strategy to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and improve recruiting, hiring, sourcing, and demand planning practices during large-scale change. Work with talent teams, hiring managers, and leadership to forecast and plan for future talent needs to stay ahead of the game. Operate with limited supervision and substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Serve as a Booz Allen practitioner in the management consulting pillars and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent acquisition efforts.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, sourcing, staffing strategy, or workforce demand planningExperience working with hiring managers to identify current and upcoming talent needsExperience determining staffing strategy and next steps for staffing hard-to-fill rolesExperience conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, identifying process gaps, designing new processes, or making recommendations for improvementExperience supporting cross-functional, dispersed organizationsExperience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environmentExperience entering and maintaining data in low code, no code platforms or HRIS systemsKnowledge of market trends in cybersecurity and engineering recruitingAbility to obtain a security clearanceBachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications

Experience in change management, strategic planning, culture change, or mid-to-large-scale transformationExperience working with cybersecurity, Agile, DevSecOps, or engineering teamsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster's degreeChange Management, Human-Centered Design, or Project Management CertificationAgile, DevOps, or Cybersecurity Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
