Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Property Manager at the Boston Housing Authority in Boston, MA. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease enforcement, rent collection, and maintenance coordination, and property inspections. The Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing vendor relationships.
QualificationsExperience in property management, real estate, or a related fieldKnowledge of housing laws, regulations, and best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to problem-solve and make sound decisionsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suiteCustomer service-oriented mindsetAbility to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
