Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with various tasks related to immigration law. This includes conducting research, preparing legal documents, managing client files, and communicating with clients and government agencies. The Immigration Paralegal will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team.

Strong knowledge of immigration law and proceduresExperience in handling immigration issues and visa applicationsProficient in legal document preparationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in a law firm or legal setting is preferredBachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
