Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with experience in the areas of discovery, trial, and/or appeals to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.
Skills / Qualifications
Strong academic backgroundAdmitted to the Arizona Bar3-7 years of litigation experience Experience with writing dispositive motions or appellate briefs, taking depositions, attending court hearings, and participation in trial is a plus, though not a requirement for this positionUnderstanding of current state and federal procedures
