Artwork Review - Customer Service

This job work would M-F 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST. in an office setting. We are looking for someone who has a little experience in the Adobe suite so that they can look at already prepared artwork and be able to go through a checklist to check for errors. This person would also need to be okay with talking with customers via email and over the phone. Part of your job at time will be training new hires to answer chats/calls (you will of course be trained first).Tasks:1. The main task of this job is to check artwork that customers have ordered. This would require you to go through a series of preflight rules to make sure artwork will print accurately. You will also need to communicate with customers when you find errors with their artwork. You may be asked to do graphic design projects between art checks. You will need to be familiar with Adobe Products.2. As part of this job, you will also be responsible for other customer service responsibilities like answering emails and phone calls.3. Once trained, part of your job will to help train other part time customer service front line employees.4. Other parts of your day will be filled with miscellaneous activities that need to be done to help run this business.This will be an in office role. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
