REPRESENTATIVE PLAYERS CLUB $16.00

Position Description

Shift 1: Varied days, start 2pm - 10pm, 4pm - midnight

Under the directions of the Players Club Manager, the Players Club Representative assists guests in a professional manner while promoting positive guests experience with an upbeat attitude and understands the philosophy of the organization.

High School Diploma or GED required;One (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or a equivalent combination of education and experience required;Exceptional demonstrated customer service skills; personal presence, eye contact, chemistry, personality, confidence, willingness to go the extra mile;Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to work with others and independently;Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, guests and/or management staff;Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;Must have an upbeat attitude and flexibility in scheduling;Must have ability to get along with others;Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express required.

Position Requirements

Provides customer assistance and provide customers with club information;Distributes merchandise, restaurant information, and hotel information through Players Club and comp dollars within parameters set by the Director of Marketing and Player Development;Ensures accurate data is inputted into the computer system for patron play and participates in promotional activities;Observes all safety rules, policies and procedures during the performance of duties including, but not limited to, wearing of personal protective equipment, reporting of unsafe conditions and practices;Promotes positive public relations;Responsible for following all cash handling procedures;Responsible for stocking and appearance of all gift shop merchandise as directed by Players Club Manager or Supervisor;

Perform other incidentals and related duties as required and/or assigned.
