This person brings new practices and programs to Braskem that foster a culture of high performance and continuous development while accelerating a climate of inclusiveness, driving alignment between DEI initiatives, culture initiatives, and leadership development initiatives. This role's main focuses are Succession Planning, Talent Review, Mentoring, and Coaching Leadership development programs.

Responsibilities:Design and implement strategies that foster and consolidate the company's culture, building initiatives that help translate corporate values into everyday behaviorDesign, plan, and implement local Leadership Development Programs in alignment with the company's Corporate Leadership Development guidelines.Drive the company's Talent and Succession Planning discussion in the region in alignment with the corporate processes and guidelines.Design and manage development programs such as Coaching and Mentoring in alignment with the company's global talent management strategy, defining the process and procedures for the regionSupport Leaders and People and Organization professionals with tools and training on Individual developmentWork in partnership with the DEI area to incorporate DEI elements into people practices, ensuring inclusive procedures and processes.Remain current on Talent Management through external networks and organizations.

Requirements:5+ years of experience in Talent Management/DevelopmentTen years of HR work-related experiencesExperience with the design and management of employee and leadership developmentB.S. in Human Resources or Business
