Overview: As a Wholesale Operations and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role inmanaging wholesale accounts, facilitating order processing, and supporting marketing initiatives to driverevenue and enhance customer engagement. This multifaceted position requires a detail-orientedindividual with a keen eye for style and a demonstrated interest in incorporating current fashion trendsinto their work.

Responsibilities:Manage the overall administration of digital platforms, including Shopify, Fair, and other e-commerce tools.Develop and implement email marketing, including creating a structured content calendar to optimize engagement and sales opportunities.Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing wholesale accounts.Oversee the processing and fulfillment of wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and support of wholesale orders.Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve departmental goals.Help establish and maintain brand identity across all marketing materials.Assist in organizing product and model photoshoots to generate content for marketing campaigns and product promotions.Coordinate logistics for market events.Oversee the management of invoices and expenses associated with market events.Update marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities.Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Previous experience in wholesale operations, account management, or marketing support roles is advantageous.Proficiency in digital platforms and e-commerce tools, including Canva or other marketing programs for designing visuals and creatives.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Klaviyo, Faire, and Shopify platforms would be a plus.
