- Compensation Target: $110,000 - $150,000- Profit Sharing Bonus (last year was 13% of base salary)- 401k w/ 3% Match- 3 different Healthcare plans to choose including Vision and Dental covered- Hours: 40 to 45 during the off-season, 50 to 55 during the busy season
