📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a midsize Law Firm located in Milwaukee, is actively looking for a Legal Assistant and a Paralegal to join their practice!
Job Duties:Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates, doctors appointments, etc.Provide overall support to attorneys.Conduct research to support legal proceedings.Drafting/reviewing of legal documents.Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes.Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Record/store client information.
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firmBachelors Degree and/or Paralegal CertificateAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude.
