📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a top national CPA firm, is currently looking for an Audit Senior to add to their team. This is a fully remote opportunity, but those who live within commutable distance of one of their 30+ office locations are encouraged and welcome to go in-office as desired!
Responsibilities:Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accountsTake responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverablesDevelop detailed engagement work plansIllustrate budgets and schedulesActively participate in proposalsManage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedbackGain the respect and confidence of the team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership
Experience:3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmBachelor’s Degree requiredCPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the examStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
