Our client is an IPA - Top 200 ranked regional firm, who is actively seeking a talented Tax Manager to join its well-established team. The firm has been named the #1 mid-size firm in the country several times due to its blend of a big-firm feel with the work-life balance of a regional firm. The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of experience working in a public accounting firm.
The firm is open to a hybrid schedule if the candidate is local to one of its offices but is also open to remote employees across the country. The ideal candidate is a Generalist or has experience within the following industries: Real Estate, Construction, Entertainment, Healthcare, Professional Services, Life Sciences, Private Equity & Venture Capital, and/or Technology.
Typical hours are 37.5-40 per week during the regular season and 50-55 hours during the busy season. No crazy 60+ hour weeks! There is a ton of room for growth in this role and the Managing Partners are very keen on mentoring. They are looking for a Manager/Supervisor who is serious about making it into upper management and beyond!
Benefits Include
