Full Stack Engineer (.NET)

OverviewBridgeView is currently seeking Full Stack Software Engineer who will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions using C#, .NET, React.js, and various design patterns. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing Agile methodologies and AWS services to deliver cutting-edge products. This is fully remote role and contract-to-hire opportunity.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable software solutions.Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code using C#, .NET, and React.js to meet product objectives.Implement best practices and design patterns to ensure code maintainability, scalability, and performance optimization.Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features, plan sprints, and deliver product increments in an Agile environment.Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures to support seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to improve system reliability and user experience.Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.Collaborate with the engineering team to automate deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure application scalability and reliability.

BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in C#, .NET, and React.js.Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.Proven experience working in Agile environments with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum.Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (ASP.NET, Web API).Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, database design, and optimization techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement in a dynamic startup environment.
