We are seeking an On-Site Technical Engineer with robust expertise in troubleshooting both hardware and software solutions. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, pinpoint issues, and collaborate with the team to devise effective solutions. Serving as an integral extension of our team, you will work closely with our partners to guarantee the seamless implementation of new products. Success in this role hinges on the swift resolution of technical challenges and the adept capture and communication of client feedback to our remote teams.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the resolution of triaging client issues effectively and serving as a liaison between BrightAI and customers, ensuring sustained operational successServe as a liaison between clients and the internal team, collaborating to ensure the smooth deployment of new solutions during on-site engagements with our partnersCollaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot areas of concernProactively identify and alleviate potential issues, contributing to the prevention of future pitfalls through the implementation of well-documented processesApply logical and systematic thinking to efficiently solve problems, maintaining a strategic mindset in addressing challengesDemonstrate the ability to make clear decisions confidently, particularly when dealing with system breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution
Skills And Expertise
