Responsibilities - Lead and manage the survey department throughout the companyEvaluate market surveying practices and technologies for both public and private clientsCommunicate and manage external clientsAssist in business development needsOversee firm commitment to QA/QCIdentify other potential markets and growth opportunities to help the firm achieve strategic objectives Additional related duties as needed
Ideal Candidate - Bachelor’s or Associate degreeGood years of experience in surveying with Some years of experience leading and managing survey personnelProfessional Land Surveyor license in Tennessee, or ability to achieve Familiarity with latest technology and subsequent emerging practicesExperience in conventional and advanced surveying tools and techniques.
