Here’s What You’d Do

The Estimator will review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape construction and irrigation projects.

You’d Be Responsible For

Gathering, calculating, and compiling take off data for use in bid proposal estimatesPreparing routine estimates and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under the supervision of the Preconstruction Manager.Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractorsUtilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to managementDemonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

Experience working in the landscaping industry on estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projectsExperience with HCSS preferredBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have

Strong work ethicEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service experienceBilingual (Spanish) a plusProficient with On-Screen Take-Off a plus
