You’d Be Responsible For
Supervising the shop programManaging the vehicle and machine maintenance programs and purchasesNegotiating and procuring construction materials for multiple jobs in multiple locationsEnsuring that all materials are acquired at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of needInterviewing vendors, analyzing quotes, recommending resources and scheduling deliveriesObtaining delivery certifications and reviewing materials received against orders placedVerifying and approving invoices for orders placedDeveloping and maintaining necessary records and filesDemonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Effective oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environmentStrong work ethicCustomer service experienceMust be able to provide own tools
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
