Role: Change Management Specialist Location: White Plains, NYDuration: 12 MonthsRole Type: Contract Job Description:The Change Management Specialist will focus support on Enterprise Program Management tools and process implementation by engaging with key stakeholders, leading change activities, and helping ensure that adoption is successful and sustainable. Skills· Accustomed to quickly grasping change needs on large complex projects and topic areas Project manage timelines and interdependences across multiple projects.· Excellent communication and training skills Skilled in developing and applying change management measures and related analytic skills.· Skilled change workstream lead and creative coach to help project team members understand change management requirements and solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as SharePoint and Teams.· Must have experience leading change for an ERP, ePMO, or similar large-scale, organization-wide change implementation. Education & Certifications· Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Communications, or similar.· 5+ years of experience managing change management teams and activities.· Certification in Change Management, Coaching, Project Management, or related skills is strongly preferred.
