Role: Resource Capacity ManagerEmployment: Contract on W2 Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid) Job Description: Function as resource capacity manager for the Americas ODES Project. ODES is the deployment of the Manhattan WMS into multiple US, Canada and LATAM L'Oreal Distribution Centres. Project resources consist of both L'Oreal and external project team members. Position Description:- organize the team- follow-up, in an operational way, workload assignment according to priorities and capacity- manage communication to project managers and other Teams as necessary Deliverables:- Capacity planning and management- Daily operational follow-up
