Director, Global Tax

The Director, Global Tax position will report to the CFO and will lead a team of tax professionals that are responsible for managing a wide range of tax related requirements to support the organizations global operations.

Principle Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for the minimization of worldwide tax obligationsOversee the corporate tax provisions for inclusion in the company’s financial statements, including analysis and calculation of deferred income taxes and disclosuresEnsure the timely preparation and filing of required income tax returns and related filingsEvaluate and monitor tax exposuresProvide tax support to business unit operationsReview and oversee tax planning and due diligence for global issues related to acquisitions and dispositionsOversee the tax planning for intercompany cash movementUltimately responsible for the external auditor’s review of the tax provisionSupervise and develop tax talent within the groupDomestic and International travel as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s Degree/CPA preferred15+ years tax experience in industry/accounting firmProficiency with Excel and Corptax preferredUnderstanding of SAP and/or OneStream a plus
