Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, which Includes washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance.Wash, sanitize and maintain food production equipment & service ware as determined by the supervisor and the cleaning schedule.Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor's instructions.Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items up to approximately 40 pounds from floor position to no higher than one's own height.Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations. This position may be called upon to perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
