Your Job

The Enterprise Data & Analytics department is currently seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst with direct experience in the data & analytics space to join our team and bring the story of data & analytics value impacts everyone in the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team aimed at shaping the future of Brooks by enabling best-in-class data and analytics capabilities and solutions. You will bridge the gap of what was technically delivered to how business teams can understand, consume, and become more efficient; to drive end-user understanding and adoption of data. Furthermore, you will delve into the realm of Data Literacy and how Brooks would benefit from this type of program. This role will give you the freedom to bring your creativity, storytelling, and personality to life and in doing so cultivate a new level of awareness.

Your Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management Establish processes and standards for communications emanating from the Enterprise Data & Analytics teamOwns all external (outside the Enterprise Data & Analytics Team) communication channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email, decks, Communities of Practice, etc.) for consistent tone, fresh content, and ease of navigationWorks with technical delivery teams to ensure that functionality build and deployed into production is communicated in terms of value to the business and not technical jargonCollects and summarizes “wins” to IT and Executive Leadership through monthly briefingsPerform stakeholder impact assessments, customer journey maps, etc. (internal to IT, external from IT) as needed and owns resulting communication plansData LiteracyThrough participation in the roll-out of data & analytics solutions, build a strong awareness of the people, processes, and technologies around data & analytics and understand how the organization consumes itEstablish an understanding of what Data Literacy is and how organizations benefit from itIdeate opportunities for what a Data Literacy program looks like and socialize with leadershipOverallBuilds awareness of best practices and innovations in the Data Literacy and OCM spaceBuild in-depth knowledge of Data & Analytics and how it is structured to support BrooksDemonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessaryBring a positive Run Happy energy and work with the team to deliver the best possible solutionsOther responsibilities as required

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated training development and/or organization change management experience 1+ years working directly in a data / analytics organization Prosci certified change practitioner preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communicationExpert in building visually appealing and informative decks in PowerPointExperience with SQL Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one anotherAbility to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments’ operations and/or morale; “connecting the dots”Embraces and lives the Brooks values!

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $108,403 - $162,605 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
