An innovative telehealth and wellness leader in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an ambitious Senior Salesforce Developer to organize the team and lead development and integration initiatives that will change how the company does business. Minimum requirements:6+ years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, JavaScript, Node.js and Visual Studio to customize frontend pages, build custom classes, and create Lightning web components.Expertise in organizing Agile development teams and leading from a senior developer seat, conducting code reviews, sprint planning, and troubleshooting with a team of developers.Significant experience working in and integrating the Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.Significant experience developing omni-channel and SMS communication methods.Expertise in integrating Salesforce with back-office solutions like QuickBooks, SAP, and finance systems.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Organize, mentor, develop, and lead a small but mighty Salesforce development team in an Agile environment.Develop custom Salesforce solutions integrating marketing, finance, leadership, and field agent pipelines, including redesigning forms and creating automations and omni-channel solutions.Develop Lightning web components using Apex, JavaScript, and other Salesforce tools.Manage capacity for feature development and production environments.Contribute to high-level system design, collaborate with leadership to identify priority development work, and work with vendors as needed.
