We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in some or all of the areas listed above, and a willingness to grow and learn new things. The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently pick up a file and work with minimal supervision.
Ideal candidate:· Superior drafting, writing, research, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills· Strong work ethic that thrives in both independent and highly collaborative, fast paced environments· Experience with Federal and California state tax law, as well as experience with gift and estate planning· Recent experience working with clients; designing and drafting both revocable and irrevocable trusts· Experience in complex trust administration· Demonstrated success in helping to build and manage client relationships
