Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive for our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico!
What You’ll Do
Provide customer support for one or more producers in the Commercial Lines departmentRespond to phone and email requests from customers, insurance companies, internal staffProcess daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned customersValidate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellationsKeep up-to-date follow-up system for correspondence/requestsMaintain up-to-date renewal expiration reportsInvoice policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations as requiredEnter all required data into the AMS to maintain current file data on all accountsAttach all documents to the AMS via the ImageRight document management softwareFoster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & BrownEnsure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and proceduresAttend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skillsAlways conduct the highest level of confidentialityOther duties as needed
What You’ll Need
3+ years’ Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager experience, requiredNew Mexico P&C License, requiredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, requiredSome college, a plus, not requiredStrong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
