Brown & Brown Dealer Services is seeking a Producer/Sales Exec to join their team in the Camp Hill, PA office!

Summary

We are seeking a Producer/Sales Exec to conduct in dealership F&I training and support for all with existing clients and grow the territory by adding new dealers.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the development and successful acquisition of new business revenue from new and existing clients.Territory will include Western PA area.Manage and retain existing book of business and pursue new opportunities for the book, where appropriate, including a specific business plan for growth.Follow-up to address client needs and resolve any problems or issues.Train client personnel as necessary or as instructed by Regional Manager.Ensure proper resources from within the organization are involved with the client and introduce new products, where appropriate.Provide weekly action reports along with leads and opportunities timely as instructed by Team Leaders.Present proposal to clients, ensuring all appropriate team members and resources are represented/attend.Follow Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.Remain up to date with current market conditions and status of competition.Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

High School diploma or equivalentProficient with MS Office SuiteExcellent communication skillsAssociate and/or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of two (2) years automotive F&I experience and or sales management experiencePlanning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently. Makes good and timely decisions that propels our company forward.Interpersonal skills—the individual maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things.
