Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks in support of our wholesale, online retail, and retail market, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Duties:- Perform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports- Conduct cash flow analysis and monitor cash balance- Support the accounting manager in conducting general ledger reconciliations- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information- Utilize accounting software such as Freshbyte & Quickbooks to maintain accurate records
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounts- Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial principles- Proficiency in cash flow analysis and financial statement preparation- Experience with general ledger reconciliation processes- Familiarity with Quickbooks and other retail accounting software- Expert level Excel expertise- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
