Role Description
As an Associate in Digital Strategy Consulting, you will be an essential part of our project teams, focused on driving digital initiatives from conceptualization to tangible implementation. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about navigating the complexities of the digital landscape to develop and implement strategies that leave a significant and enduring impact on our clients’ businesses.
Your responsibilities will include the thorough analysis of digital ecosystems, formulating digital strategies, driving the implementation of digital solutions, and fostering process enhancements. Collaborating with Lead Associates and other team members, you will advise client leaders on critical digital, technological, and operational challenges, contributing to the enhancement of performance and digital maturity. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in transformational projects, facilitating large-scale digital strategy development and execution, thereby unlocking new avenues of potential for our clients.
Ideal Prior Experience
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in digital consulting, particularly those with a track record in digital transformation projects.
AND/OR
Individuals from a software engineering, data science, or tech background with experience in implementing digital strategies and innovations within large organizations or dynamic startups.
Qualifications
Candidates with a background in technology management consulting at top firms, especially those with a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative solutions and strategies. Strong leadership qualities and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial approach are highly valued. Experience in working with Machine Learning solutions would be an added advantage.
Graduate of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree program from a top university with an excellent academic record. Preferred course of study in computer science (artificial intelligence / machine learning focus), mathematics, physics, or applied statistics.
