Position Overview:Join our dynamic team at Bubble Goods as a Ecommerce Operations Intern at our Bethlehem, PA office. This position offers the perfect opportunity for a college student seeking hands-on experience in an ecommerce environment while managing their academic commitments. As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our office and support various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:Gratis Order Support:Assist with gratis order processing and fulfillment, including packaging and shipping as needed.Administrative Support:Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents.Provide support to various departments as needed, including assisting with presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.Office Operations:Maintain a clean and organized office space, including managing office supplies and inventory.Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, including scheduling repairs and services as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Miscellaneous Tasks:Assist with special projects and events as assigned.Help maintain a positive and productive work environment by supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative culture.Perform other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the company. Qualifications:Currently enrolled in college with a focus on business administration, management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous office experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule:Flexible part-time schedule, approximately 5-10 hours per week.Availability during regular business hours preferred.
