Buckeye Power Sales has been providing on site power solutions for businesses, contractors, engineers, municipalities and homeowners since 1947, which makes us the oldest Kohler generator distributor in the country. We are also a distributor of Siemens Energy engines and generators for a wide range of power generation applications such as combined heat and power, waste to power, prime, and continuous. From power generation to light construction to grounds care – we have the machines, equipment, parts, programs & service to help you get the job done. $500.00 Sign-On Bonus is being offered for the right candidate! *$250 after 30-days of employment, $250 after 90-days of employment*

Our Service Coordinators are responsible for:Providing excellent customer service to customers who call or come inAssisting the sales department with scheduling the setup of new equipmentGenerating work orders for service techniciansAssisting with scheduling and routing of service jobsChecking out/in customer, loaner, and rental unitsProducing quotes and invoices Supporting the Service department with paperworkTracking open job orders for potential missed billing opportunitiesPulling the tech jobs daily, matching time to jobs, log scorecard dateCoordinating activities between sales, parts, service, and techniciansCoordinating needed maintenance for rental fleet equipmentProviding document copies requested by customers

Salary is based on skills and experience.** Military Friendly, DFWP, EOERequirements:Service Coordinator Job Requirements:Conforms with core values of BPSHigh school diploma or equivalent2 years prior customer service experience desiredBasic knowledge of the workings of gaseous and diesel engines or willingness and ability to train and enhance knowledge of generators preferred.Computer skills to include MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); data entryResourceful; able to use internet search enginesBasic math skillsAble to work flexible hours including occasional overtimeMust represent the company in a positive manner at all timesMust be able to pass background check and periodic drug screens
