Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Logistics and Customer Care Representative located in Langhorne, PA, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. The role includes managing and processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating delivery logistics with our partners. As a Logistics and Customer Care Representative, you will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience, and be responsible for ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience in customer service and/or logisticsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with inventory management and order processing systemsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Work hours are between 8AM and 4:30PM
