They're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration and productivity.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet or exceed project goals.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.Perform regular site inspections and address any issues or challenges promptly.Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.Collaborate with other departments and team members to deliver successful projects and support company goals.
Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.Proven track record of leading successful projects in healthcare, K-12 education, and/or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in construction software and technology tools.Valid driver's license
