Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. This role includes time in the field as well as some work from home. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients. This includes performing roof inspections, identifying roof damage and installation issues, helping customers understand the steps moving forward, providing excellent customer service, preparing proposals, managing projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
