Part-time Retail position

Company Overview Bullseye Branding and Promotions and Access Solutions are searching for a part-time retail associate. We are a full-service promotional products distributor. Position Summary Access Solutions is looking for a part-time, energetic sales associate to work from April 23 through June 13, 2024, approximately 30 minutes west of Knoxville, TN. This position covers Leave of Absence (LOA) for one of our employees. As a part-time retail associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store. You will assist customers in finding products, answer their questions, handle transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Please note: The store is open from 11am-1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is a set-up and tear-down component, which requires an hour on both ends. If the store is busy, closing will be delayed until after the rush. This position pays weekly at $15.00 an hour. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers as they enter the store area and assist them in finding products. Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and tidying displays. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service. Qualifications: Ability to attain facility’s security clearances. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience desired, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-2pm (maybe longer depending if the store is busy). Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise as needed.
