Bumble is looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team. The Treasury Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily postings and monthly reconciliation deadlines are met for all treasury transactions (including cash, debt, investments, and derivatives).

You will be part of a mission and values-driven business and in a team of talented, global team of Accounting and Finance professionals. The position will be based in the US, report to the Head of Global Treasury and oversee the activities of one Treasury Accountant.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with the implementation of Oracle NetSuite’s banking & cash management modulesIdentify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements to drive efficiencies and improve visibility to key business metricsEnsure daily postings and monthly reconciliation deadlines are met for all treasury transactions (including cash, debt, investments, and derivatives)Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Revenue, Payroll, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure payments are processed accurately, timely and with sufficient SOX control documentationCollaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure all audit requests are complete and accurateAssist with transaction inquiries and bank support requests for audit or other purposes Coordinate with GL Accounting, AP and Revenue teams during month-end close cycles to ensure all journal posting deadlines are met

About You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field7+ years of relevant work experience with a strong understanding of the Corporate Treasury function You have demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP accounting and SOX controlsYou have experience working with a global public companyYou have strong analytical and problem solving skillsYou have a high level of accuracy/attention to detailYou are team oriented, flexible and ‘can do’ attitudeYou are able to work under pressureYou are able to meet strict deadlines in a fast, multi-tasking environmentYou are deeply passionate about Bumble’s brand vision and values

$89,000 - $115,000 a year

Base Compensation Range: $89,000 - $115,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
