Warehouse Manager

Majestic Glove, a division of Bunzl, is seeking Warehouse Manager for our facility in Everett. The Warehouse Manager will provide leadership to the branch and manage a variety of general warehouse activities in an accurate, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

Lead daily picking, receiving, and shipping activitiesDevelop processes for optimizing inventory pick operations to ensure a FIFO methodology and relocate fast-moving materials to strategic locationsEnsure daily cycle counts are conducted and processedAnalyze and propose methods of sustained productivity increasesMaintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouseEnsure safe working conditions including properly training employees on proper safety methodsEffectively counsel and manage employees on attendance, performance and/or misconduct, continuous employee training and developmentCommunicate with other departments, branch management and Human ResourcesManage the maintenance and repairs of all warehouse-related equipment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environmentTransportation and logistics experience requiredKnowledge of local, state, and federal OSHA safety regulationsExperience in forklift certification and inspection, hazmat certification, operating various warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.)Must be able to lift heavy objects (occasionally between 60-75 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shiftMust be able to work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)Must have strong leadership, decision-making and organizations skillsAbility to work a flexible work schedule with a "hands-on" management styleMust be detail-orientated and a team player, driven to excelExcellent communication skills and good computer skillsExperience with SAP database preferred (measuring the pick accuracy and performance of employees)Experience with retail accounts that have compliance/routing guides preferred

Majestic Glove Washington annual salary range: $67,728 - $77,500 plus bonus eligibility based on experience, education, and geographic location.
