Corporate Paralegal

Burns & Levinson LLP, a mid-sized, Boston-based law firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its Business Law and Corporate Department.

This individual will work closely with the attorneys on a wide variety of business and transactions, including private equity investments, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial loan transactions. Other duties will include frequent interaction with domestic and international clients, entity formations and maintenance, drafting of governance documents and consents, preparation and filing of UCC financing statements, securities filings, and other tasks assigned by attorneys. Experience with corporate management software is helpful.

Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic team players, with strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and to work independently on multiple matters. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of broad corporate paralegal experience.
