About The Role
As an intern with ButcherBox Food Science, Quality, and Safety (FSQS), you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to meaningful projects. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the team with various tasks including research, data analysis, and project coordinationContribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve processesAnalyze data and report on supplier performance, identifying trends, and areas for improvementAssist in maintaining and updating company and department policies, procedures, and other relevant documentationAssist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product/supplier issues and recommend solutionsCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Responsibilities
Interest in Food Science/Nutrition/Agriculture disciplinesStrong comfort level in Microsoft Office suite including Teams and SharepointStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with Jira, Optiva/M3 and other software systems a big plusHybrid schedule: must be able to commute to our Watertown, MA office at least 1 day per week
