Required QualificationsUS bar admissionAt least 3 years of experience in US corporate law with US-based law firmsExperience with Series Seed and Series A model documentation, SAFEs, and shareholders' agreementsJD or LLM from a US law schoolStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamExcellent attention to detailImpeccable grammar and writing skillsSelf-discipline and organization to effectively work remotely
