Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software, finance duties, and journal entries. This role will primarily be located in Niles, MI but will also have the flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsExperience with financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting softwareKnowledge of finance principlesAbility to handle journal entries (accounting)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar softwareStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar roleProficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality of financial informationQuick Books online and Quick Books Payroll experience is a mustPleasant phone demeanor
