Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Upholsterer at Cabin Crafters Inc. The Upholsterer will be responsible for performing various tasks related to upholstery, seating, tapestry, furniture, and sewing. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines. This role also includes completing customer requests that include items such as carpeting and upholstery on seats, card tables, side panels, glare shields, and aircraft cabinetry.
QualificationsExperience sewing leathers, fabrics and sheep skin using commercial sewing machines.A working knowledge of industrial sewing machines and sewing techniques is requiredAttention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workTime management skillsThorough knowledge of upholstery pattern build upThorough knowledge of material lay-out form patternsKnowledge of fabricating dress covers, and foam trimmingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment5+ years of interior experience (auto,RV,boat,etc)
