CACI is seeking a Junior Engineering Technician for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWC CD) Facility Operations group to provide maintenance repairs and facilities equipment support. The ideal candidate is handy and willing to learn and grow as a technician.

This position is 100% on-site at the NSWC Carderock facility in West Bethesda, MD.

Prepare facilities for upcoming tests and assist engineers as directed.Assist technicians and engineers in repairs of facilities/equipment.Apply mechanical knowledge to specialized industrial-level facilities and equipment.Read and interpret diagrams, written procedures, and verbal directions

High School diplomaU.S. CitizenAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearanceUnderstand engineering units in both metric and English systems.Able to read and interpret diagramsFollow written procedures and verbal directionsFunctional ability with Microsoft Word and Excel.Able to work and communicate well with others in a team setting.Detail oriented with a flexible and collaborative approach to problem solving in line with policies and procedures.
