Role And Responsibilities

Your next career step could be to become an elite Ground Instructor for our Embraer CAE Training Services team.

Primary role: Conduct ground school training for initial, recurrent and differences training for Phenom 100 & 300 in accordance with approved training programs.

Ground training duties include

Lecture type delivery (PowerPoint)Avionics/ Systems IntegrationProcedures TrainingAvionics Differences TrainingSystems & Performance Reviews (Practice Oral)

Additional Duties

Complete Clients training records.Seat support (for clients requiring a second crew member).Provide input on opportunities for improvement with courseware.Review and update written tests and Computer-based exam questions.Train new instructors as necessary.Additional duties as required by the Training Manager.
