We’re currently looking for a Product Designer to lead our product design strategy and implementation. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the entire Cake experience from product to brand. What you’ll doLead user experience and user interface (UX/UI) design for the Cake platformDesign high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that prioritize usability, conversion rates, and development efficiencyWork closely with the founders and engineering team to craft a user-centric design languageCollaborate on marketing and sales assets to strengthen Cake’s overall brand identifyGather user feedback and ensure the platform adheres to accessibility compliance standards

Requirements5+ years of experience in a product design roleExcellent knowledge of user-centered design principlesAbility to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiencesExperience building user personas and translating them into actionable design decisionsExperience with design tools like Figma and a passion for staying up-to-date on design trendsStrong emotional intelligence, coupled with creativity and a drive to innovateExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPrior experience designing products at technical or data-focused company is a plusGeneralist design skills to create impactful branded assets are a plus
