Sr. UI/UX Designer

Salary: $100-140k/yr100% onsite

We're seeking a talented and hands-on UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience across our entire digital ecosystem. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our web and mobile applications, public websites, and email marketing campaigns.

Key Focus Areas:· Web Application UI/UX: Design intuitive interfaces and seamless workflows for our new suite of web-based applications.· Website and Mobile UI/UX: Optimize our website and mobile application UI design and re-design for navigation, engagement, and conversion across all devices.· Email Design: Create visually compelling and effective email layouts that drive user action and support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:· Conduct user research and analysis to deeply understand our target audiences and their needs.· Lead and contribute to design sessions, enhancing the overall user experience and functionality of new and existing products.· Develop comprehensive UX strategies and clear UI design concepts for our digital assets.· Create detailed wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.· Design user-friendly UI elements (menus, CTAs, forms, graphics) that maximize our platforms' usability.· Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.· Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and design teams to ensure successful implementation and brand consistency.· Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design.· Provide exceptional implementation, training, and ongoing support to internal department leaders.· Produce and maintain product documentation, including specifications and user guides, ensuring all materials meet the standards for internal or external dissemination.· Conduct product presentations and walkthroughs for diverse audiences, ranging from internal teams to external partners and clients.· Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to adhere to project deadlines and milestones.· Define and manage project scope, ensuring that design requirements and technical specifications are met within set timelines.

Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field.· 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally with a focus on web applications, websites, mobile devices, and email.· A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and a clear understanding of UX principles.· Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools.· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an understanding of their role in UI implementation.· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Desired (Nice-to-Have) Skills:· Experience with design systems.· Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end development frameworks.· A/B testing and user research methodologies.· A passion for the health and fitness industry.
