Business Execution ConsultantHybrid – Charlotte, NC9-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)Desired Start Date: 5/10/2024
Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. This team is responsible for the facilitation and maintenance of Markets Division supervisory procedures, control documentation, job aides, and other related documentation. Candidate will be a proven self-started capable of driving results independently and in a team setting.
In this role, you will:Write, review, and publish Markets Division documentation, primarily but not limited to, supervisory proceduresEnsure timely completion, quality, and complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and adhere to all policy and regulatory requirementsComplete all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning
Required Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Financial services experience, preferably in Corporate and Investment Banking businesses or equivalent.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsEffective organization and prioritizing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
