Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in the completion of automotive maintenance and repair
Responsibilities
Perform every task with safety as the number one priorityCommunicate effectively with teammates and customersUse computers, tablets, scan tools, tech support, etc.Diagnose automotive system issues and produce vehicle inspection information for teammates and customersParticipate in new technical training programs and have a desire to grow with our teamPerform suspension alignments, tire services, fluid services, maintenance services, and mechanical repairs and identify vehicle maintenance recommendations
Experience
You have a passion for the automotive business and are great at it with minimum 2 years’ experienceYou possess relevant ASE certifications or equivalentYou are solution oriented with a positive attitudeYou have an excellent attention to detailYou have a desire to learnYou enjoy working as a team and have the ability to multi-taskYou have an ability to work around vehicles, tools, and delicate equipmentYou are physically able to move around the shop (climbing stairs, ladders, etc), carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and position your body in ways needed to repair vehicles (reach, bend, etc)You possess effective communication skillsYou have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
