Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Manager to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency, monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff. Production Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

Requirements
3+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimatingMust have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policyMust be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
Abilites/Skills/Knowledge
Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/ProceduresMust have prior experience with CCC1Be able to understand instructions – written and verbalCan prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
